Peach Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce Recipe

This is definitely on the list of things to do this weekend.

Lately hot peppers have come into prevalence for the everyday person, even Buffalo Wild Wings is starting to serve a ghost pepper sauce! If you’re already a chili head on top of loving food, you can experiment with making your own hot sauce to your own taste with my recipe.

I like spicy hot sauce, so I’m using 8 ghost peppers in my sauce. Depending on your heat tolerance and if you can get a hold of ghost peppers, you can add and reduce the amount. I also grabbed 3 cloves of garlic and 4 scotch bonnets.

Seed some or all of your peppers (remember the membrane is where the heat is not the seeds!) depending on how spicy you want your hot sauce. I chose just to seed the scotch bonnets and leave the ghost peppers alone.
